A short flight of steps leads to the patio at the front of Beachcroft. Two newly converted flats are available, both with gas fired central heating.

Prices range from £190 to £340 per week and include all light, heating, television etc. Weekend and short breaks are also available.

Bed linen and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels and bedding for cots if required. For guests staying for more than a week, fresh bed linen and towels etc. are provided at the end of each week.

There is a strict 'No Smoking' policy in the whole of Beachcroft.

FLAT 1 - Top Floor
  

This second floor flat has a good-sized and comfortably furnished lounge has a spectacular view of Newberry Bay.

The new, well equipped kitchen has a fridge, freezer, microwave and washing machine/tumble drier and again overlooks the bay.

There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds.

The bathroom has a modern suite and shower.

This flat is not suitable for pets.

FLAT 3 - Ground Floor

The accommodation comprises a good-sized lounge overlooking the bay and two bedrooms; one with a double bed and one with full sized bunk beds.

The new kitchen/dining room also has modern appliances and leads onto a utility room where the fridge freezer, washing machine and separate drier are located. There is a small enclosed area at the rear.

Pets can be accommodated for a small additional charge.
