The large lounge (18' x 12') boasts splendid views across the beach to the rocky coastline, Bristol Channel and distant Welsh coast. With comfortable seating and a television and video, the wood burning stove makes this a relaxing room regardless of the weather. There is also a separate dining room measuring 13' x 9'.

The main front bedroom (18' x 12') also has wonderful views over the bay. In addition to the double bed provided, there is space for a cot.

The rear bedroom (13' x 9') has a wash-hand basin and two single beds. The third bedroom also overlooks the bay and is furnished as a single room.

The modern, well equipped kitchen opens onto a 16' x 13' enclosed patio where children can play safely in view. In addition to the usual amenities, a microwave, washing machine, fridge and freezer are provided.

The first floor bathroom includes bath, wc and separate shower. There is also an outside toilet.

The property is newly decorated and very comfortably furnished with plenty of storage space.

Prices range from £230 to £440 per week and include all light, heating, television, etc. Bed linen and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels and bedding for cots (if required).
